Using Lian Huat Fresh Yellow Noodles, you’ll get that springy, authentic texture that soaks up sauce beautifully — making this the perfect weeknight plant-based dinner.

Ingredients

  • 500g Lian Huat Fresh Yellow Noodles
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tsp of crushed garlic
  • 1 small carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced
  • ½ cup edamame beans (shelled)
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (toasted, for garnish)

Sauce Mix:

  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar (or lime juice)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or sugar)
  • 1 tbsp tahini or peanut butter (for creaminess)
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional, for heat)

Method

Cook noodles: Blanch Lian Huat Fresh Yellow Noodles for 1–2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Sauté veggies: Heat sesame oil in a wok. Add garlic and stir until fragrant. Toss in carrot, broccoli, capsicum, and edamame. Cook for 3–4 minutes until just tender.

Add noodles & sauce: Stir noodles into the pan. Pour over sauce mix and toss quickly over high heat until coated.

Finish & serve: Sprinkle with spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
