These Air-Fryer Dumplings are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and incredibly easy to make at home. Using Lian Huat Dumpling Pastry, you can enjoy restaurant-style dumplings with less oil and minimal effort — perfect for weeknight dinners, family sharing, or party platters.

- 1 pack Lian Huat Dumpling Pastry (24-26 wrappers)
- 300g pork mince (or chicken / vegetable filling)
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp sugar
- Pinch of white pepper
For Cooking
- Cooking oil spray
Optional Dipping Sauce
- Soy sauce
- Chilli oil
- Black vinegar
- Sesame oil
Method
Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix mince, cabbage, spring onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper until well combined.
Wrap the dumplings: Place a small spoonful of filling in the centre of each Lian Huat Dumpling Pastry. Lightly wet the edges, fold, and seal firmly.
Air-fry: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Lightly spray dumplings with oil and place them in a single layer. Air-fry for 8–10 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden and crispy.
Serve hot: Serve immediately with dipping sauce while crispy.
