Ingredients
- 500g Lian Huat Fresh Noodles
- 200g your choice of protein (chicken, beef or prawns)
- 4 tsp of crushed garlic
- 2 onions or shallots
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 300 ml water
- 1 pack of Golden Fragrant Paste (150g) or you can use 4 tbsp cooking oil + 4 shallots + 4 garlic cloves + 12 curry leaves + 1 tbsp curry power + 1 tsp shrimp paste + 2 tbsp oyster sauce + 1 tbsp soy sauce
Method
Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add crushed garlic and onions/shallots. Stir-fry until fragrant
Add your choice of protein and stir-fry until halfway done.
Add Lian Huat fresh noodles, Golden Fragrant Sauce and 300ml water. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Cook until the sauce is almost dry, but the noodles remain slightly moist.
Add beaten eggs and stir-fry until fully cooked. Remove from heat and serve hot.
Tip: Add a little extra water if the sauce becomes too dry. Adjust salt or sugar to taste if desired.
