Ingredients
- 500g Lian Huat fresh noodles
- 200g protein of your choice
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- 4 tsp crushed garlic
- 150g of Mamak Mee Paste or (1 tbsp Chili paste or sambal (adjust to taste) + 1 tbsp Oyster sauce + 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce (for color) + 2 tbsp Light soy sauce + 1 tsp Sugar + ½ tsp White pepper or black pepper)
- 300ml Water
Method
Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add crushed garlic and sliced onions/shallots. Stir-fry until fragant.
Add your choice of protein and cook until halfway done.
Add Lian Huat fresh noodles, Mee Mamak paste and 300ml water until the sauce is thickened.
Pour in beaten eggs and stir-fry until the eggs are fully cooked. Remove from heat and serve hot.
