Ingredients

  • 500g of Lian Huat fresh noodles
  • 200g protein of your choice
  • 4 tbsp cooking oil
  • 4 tsp crushed garlic
  • 2 onions or shallots
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 150g Mee Goreng sauce* (or 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce + 3 tbsp regular soy sauce + 2 tsp chilli paste)
  • 300ml water

Method

Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add crushed garlic and onions/shallots. Stir-fry until fragrant.

Add your choice of protein and stir-fry until halfway done.

Add Lian Huat fresh noodles, Mee Goreng paste and 300ml water. Stir-fry until fragrant.

Add beaten eggs and stir-fry until fully cooked. Remove from heat and serve hot.
