Ingredients
- 500g of Lian Huat fresh noodles
- 200g protein of your choice
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- 4 tsp crushed garlic
- 2 onions or shallots
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 150g Mee Goreng sauce* (or 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce + 3 tbsp regular soy sauce + 2 tsp chilli paste)
- 300ml water
Method
Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add crushed garlic and onions/shallots. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Add your choice of protein and stir-fry until halfway done.
Add Lian Huat fresh noodles, Mee Goreng paste and 300ml water. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Add beaten eggs and stir-fry until fully cooked. Remove from heat and serve hot.
